Placing an Order

Your first step is to set up an account with us. (You can do this via email or phone call — the latter takes only minutes.) Once you've done that, you can place an order in one of three different ways:

First Time Orders

An order form is sent to you when you set up an account with us, detailing all three methods of ordering. Your first order will also capture your organization's pertinent information so that subsequent orders will be quick and easy.

Subsequent Orders

You will be given a customer ID with your first order. Thereafter, placing an order can be as easy as you contacting us with your customer ID, providing a purchase order number and saying, "Repeat my last order!"

Delivery, Shipping & Handling

We offer free delivery to all customers located within Somecity city limits. Product will be delivered on the next business day if order is received prior to 2:30 pm (MST/MDT).

Out of Town Orders

Customers located in Somecity's surrounding satellite communities will be charged $5.00 for delivery on each order. Orders will be filled within three business days.

Orders that must be shipped outside of the greater Somecity area will be discussed with the customer regarding preferred method of delivery.

Customer Pick-Up Discount

If you're able to make arrangements to pick up your order at our offices and drop off your payment at the same time, you'll get a discount of at least $5.00 on your order. (Basically, as the number of items ordered increases, so does the pick-up discount.)

Pick-up Advantages for Surrounding Communities

Customers from Somecity's satellite communities may wish to take advantage of this option for two reasons. Not only will you get the pick-up discount, but you'll also save the normal delivery charge. Moreover, if you are able to pick up your order, it can be filled on the same "next day basis" as for local orders (as long as it is received prior to 2:30 pm the previous day).

Payment & Terms

Payment terms are C.O.D. (If your order is delivered, you must have payment ready for the delivery person.) Organizations who apply to use purchase orders will be invoiced. Credit card customers (see note below re: Paypal) will have their product delivered or shipped upon confirmation of payment.

NOTE: A 4% service charge is applied to all credit card orders.

Non-Credit Card Options

We will set up off-line credit card processing in the future if sufficient demand from our customers exists. For now, payments will be handled by company cheque, cash (local customers only), or money order.

On-Line Credit Card Option

For those absolutely needing a credit card option, we have set up an account with Paypal (https://www.paypal.com) for on-line processing. To use this option, however, customers will be required to register for their own personal account with Paypal and must be willing to submit their credit card information through Paypal's secure server. (NOTE: reToNE does not at any point receive your credit card information with this payment option.)
